Candlelit Mindful Flow is all about tuning into your body, deeply connecting to the moment and how you feel on the mat. The class is created to ultimately help you feel good. Mindful flow incorporates alignment-based vinyasa yoga in graceful, creative sequences, longer held postures, and a short mindfulness meditation. The class is designed to bring about greater awareness and connection to your body helping you create space, breathe fully and quieten the mind.
