To keep the safety and comfort of the community during our peaceful practice, we ask that you refrain from bringing your pet. If your pet is a therapy dog, please reach out to ask ahead of time. Mahalo!

Please bring a yoga mat (though we do have a few to borrow - reach out to reserve one!), a water bottle, and a blanket. It can get a little cool by the end of class so you may want to bring a light jacket or blanket with you. Bolster/pillow can be lovely to have!

Speciality Event! Live Cello music with Anna Callner Pare of the HI Symphony & Restorative/Yin Yoga with Julianne Spitzer. Ages 12+ Older.

Gather with us mid-week to relax, re-center, and receive - through a restorative and yin yoga blend - and the resonant music of the cello played by Anna Callner Pare - a cellist, music teacher, and devoted mama! We will be in a covered space, with a stunning view of the Ko'olau mountains. Class will be candlelit.

Ages 12+ Older.

Please bring the props you want: suggested bolster/pillow, a blanket, and socks so that you may be as comfortable as possible. We have first come / first serve bolsters available.
