Are you a cancer survivor who is looking to increase your quality of life after treatment and become fitter, faster and stronger? If so, you may be a candidate for the Cancer Fit program.
The 12-week program includes:
- Consultation with Sabrina Willard, The Cornerstone Clubs certified personal trainer and cancer fitness specialist. She will review your health history and help you set goals.
- Group personal training sessions, 2 times per week
- 12-visit guest pass (in addition to group sessions)
- Guest pass for a caregiver
Participants must be at least 4-weeks post-treatment and within one year of finishing treatment services (surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiation).
All sessions take place at The Cornerstone Clubs at The Health and Wellness Center in Warrington, PA. This is a collaborative program between Doylestown Health and The Cornerstone Clubs.
The program will run for 12 weeks beginning the week of January 9th through the week of April 3rd. Specifics regarding days/times of the week the group will meet will be coordinated based on the needs of the group and availability of the instructor.
