The Cancer Assault Challenge isn't defined by any one thing. We're not just about fitness, or motivation, or making anyone "better." CAC is 100% attitude. Our events are designed to get YOU off the couch, out of the house and having fun together. In groups. In costumes. In mud. We don't require training or any particular level of athleticism. Instead, we encourage you to "come as you are". Hey, it's all for a good cause: proceeds benefits The American Cancer Society Relay For Life 2013.
We know you want to spend your hard-earned cash on a muddy, obstacle event that starts on time, brings together a crowd of fun people (but not too big a crowd) runs over and under some really interesting obstacles, features a master of ceremonies who knows how to crank up the energy along with the music, flirts with bad taste and occasionally steps in it, and helps support a good cause. When it's all said and done, we're committed to helping today's stressed-out people lose themselves, in a sea of mud & laughter. And if, in the process, you actually manages to burn a few calories, well, why the hell not?
CAC wasn't the first muddy obstacle running event, and we won't be the last. What makes us stand out is that we focus our experience, passion, and rather unusual skills to make CAC the funnest, muddiest, way a bunch of friends can let their hair down on a weekend morning, somewhere in America. And we won't be successful unless we provide just the right combination of energy, attitude, and value in a setting that gives every participant the freedom to express their individuality and wild side. Bold? Sure. Naughty? Maybe. Different? Every time. After all, we aren't "one size fits all," so why not register now and bring a friend?

When & Where
Assault Challenge Foundation
The Assault Challenge Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps children and families from our community dealing with cancer and related issues.
Our main fundraiser is the Cancer Assault Challenge 5K Mud Run held every year in May. Proceeds from the Cancer Assault Challenge’s 2016 5K mud run will benefit the MACC Fund and help support research for pediatric cancer and blood disorders in Wisconsin.
We are currently working on a new project, “Camp Getaway” to be held at Lutherdale. It will be a day for families to experience fun activities, create meaningful memories and spend quality time together. This will be refuge from their daily lives of running from appointment to appointment. Please join us in helping these families by supporting ACF with your donations.
