Mind Yoga Meditation Class

Where: Kern Autism Network, Inc. Office Building 2200 Oak Street (across from Beach Park)

Who: Mothers of children with Autism or related disabilities

Hours: 9:00 a.m. till 10:15 a.m. (classes start promptly at 9 a.m.)

Held once a month on a specified Saturday- see dates in registration.

Supplies needed: comfortable clothing to move in and a yoga mat

In this Mind Yoga Meditation Class, mothers will enjoy the peaceful, calming atmosphere of meditation and mild stretching techniques to help one relax. This class is being offered FREE of charge to help mothers who need a social outlet to relax with other mothers who are going through the Autism Journey. Classes are held to allow the parent “me” time to rejuvenate and reenergize. Daughters can participate with mothers as well (ages 13 and up please). The environment is meant to be quiet and calming.

Note: Space is limited. There is NO CHILDCARE, at our facility.
