Leadership is defined as: Embedding the capacity for greatness in the people (think learner) and practices (think curriculum) of an organization (think school), and decoupling it from the personality of the leader (think instructor). Great Leaders foster ownership in the people they lead.

This webinar will explore three important facets of ownership that leaders must foster.

Artifact: a participatory activity that is designed to put ownership in the hands of learners.

Learning Outcomes

Participants in this webinar will be able to:

LO1: Define, list, and apply three ways to engage learners on a daily basis;

LO2: Imagine and integrate a differentiated ownership activity into a lesson plan;

LO3: Reflect on the webinar in order to consider implications of the subject matter.
