A Message from Whole Foods Market and The Fit Project :
I am so sorry to say that today's Food as Fuel event at Whole Foods Market has been cancelled.
We found out this morning that Candice DeForest has fallen ill with the flu and can no longer lead the class. Whole Foods Market and The Fit Project along with our partners in this event care deeply about the quality and content of these classes and did not feel comfortable replacing the teacher on such short notice as she has spent several weeks preparing specific curriculm for the girls. We want the students who signed up to recieve the best possible class so we will reschdule for a weekend this March.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and hope to see you all at the rescheduled event in March. Look back here in a few days for a rescheduled date.
Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Again, we are so sorry to not see you all today!
Whole Foods Market and The Fit Project have teamed up with their favorite brands for a free event series this February
Join us at a workshop with Candice DeForest, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant and the creator of Whole Health Hacks, as we discuss how to fuel our bodies with real food.
Participants will learn:
• What it means to eat real food
• How to shop for the healthiest food options
• How to choose healthy snacks (including a demo and samples of Trail Mix Energy Bites)
Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided.
All ages welcome!
