Business Plan Boot Camp

Planning is one of the most important parts of running a business, whether it is a large corporation trying to plan an expansion or a small business launching an exciting new start-up. It is easy to start a project, but without careful planning it is like setting off on a journey to an unknown destination without a roadmap.

The value of a business plan cannot be overstated and in this seminar, participants will learn the many different elements of creating a business plan to ensure business success, including:

  • How to create an operations plan for your business;
  • How to complete market research;
  • Understand your competition and develop your target market;
  • How to develop a marketing plan that fits your business needs; and
  • How to develop a financial plan, including cash flow and income statements

After attending this workshop participants will get access to a range of supportive templates that will have you walking away with a draft business plan and will improve your chances of success.
