49th Annual Instrumental Jazz Festival at Clackamas Community College *Registration is closed*

OVERVIEW

Please join us in the beautiful Niemeyer Center for the Performing Arts at CCC for the Instrumental Jazz Festival. We welcome student bands from area middle/junior high schools, open, charter, and magnet schools, and class 1A-6A high schools to participate in this state-qualifying contest. Application deadline is February 1st, 2020. No refunds available after February 9th, 2020. Performance schedule for registrants available below.

SCHEDULE

Friday March 13th: Middle/junior high schools, open, charter, and magnet schools, and Class 1A-4A bands will perform 8 am - 6 pm (schedule permitting).

Saturday March 14th: Class 5A-6A bands will perform 8 am - 6 pm.

After the scheduled performances, we may invite your band to participate in the evening playoffs (please indicate evening availability during registration process). Close out the evening with awards and a performance by the CCC Jazz Ensemble.

REGISTRATION

Now accepting credit cards! We're saving the trees and going paperless with online registration and payments. No worries, we will still accept checks and purchase orders with an online registration. A note if paying by check or PO: your registration is INCOMPLETE and your band WILL NOT be scheduled until we receive payment. If your payment is not received within two weeks of registration, your registration will be voided and you must begin the process again.

Registration is $200 plus fees. Application deadline is February 1st, 2020. No refunds available after February 12th, 2020.
