FAQs
What Programs and Students Do You Support:
Firstly we are not primary educators. We partner with schools to assess the programmatic needs and seek to provide resources to address those needs. We focus on middle school students who have have high ability and low resources. We support urban schools utilizing novel models to improve student success. Our main recipients have been the Hartford Schools, Covenant Prepratory (boys) and Grace Academy (girls). This year we added Triniity School (elementary ) in an effort to add continuity to our middle school focus. 85 percent of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. In addition to finding the best programming and resources for students, we organize mentors, provide career and college exposure for the students we serve.
