Join us for an informative session on why being exceptional at working with cross-functional teammates is just as important as technical expertise. Learn how to compliment your coding skills with career-boosting communication and teamwork skills that will make you not only a valued technical resource but a valuable teammate as well!

As a developer, the depth of your technical skills is critical to your success. But well-honed hard skills won’t matter if one struggles to work effectively in a cross-functional team. The highest performing developers have learned to develop strong teamwork, communication, and people skills to complement their coding skills.

Come listen to a panel of experts discuss how the best engineers prioritize the people side of building products in teams. You'll hear from a range of professionals from junior developers to senior engineering leads on how being a strong engineering teammate is critical for success.
