Event description

Description

Important Note: Due to a scheduling conflict with a key panelist we have postponed this event. We have high hopes that this delay will enable us to host a discussion that fulfills the promise of Ethics in Action: To give New Yorkers unique and actionable information to meet today's ethical challenges. Please check our website for further updates on when this event will be taking place.

Leaders of the police force and the NYC community will share their perspectives on the ethical issues surrounding law enforcement and minority communities, and share ideas about the path ahead.

Columbia University Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs moderates a panel that includes Robert Gangi, founder and director of the Police Reform Organizing Project (PROP), and Christopher Dunn, Associate Legal Director at NYCLU.
