Event description

Description

Welcome to the official registration page for the City of Knoxville's 2020 Neighborhood Conference.

We regret to inform you, but amid growing concerns over the COVID-19 Virus, the City has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Knoxville Neighborhoods Conference.

While we make this decision with heavy hearts, we must take into account the health and safety of all Knoxville Neighbors.

Please stay tuned; Office of Neighborhoods staff are working to come up with ways to include informative and fun networking and learning opportunities in our future plans.

Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate all of the community support.

-The Office of Neighborhoods Staff

The Knoxville Neighborhood Conference is a fun interactive event designated to give participants a better understanding of living and working in Knoxville. This year's conference will feature a welcoming ceremony kicked off by Mayor Kincannon, four workshop options, a free buffet lunch, 80+ information booths, a key note speaker, and much more! Come enjoy a day of community building and neighborhood networking, brought to you by the City of Knoxville's Office of Neighborhoods.

Instructions:

1) On this page: Click the green REGISTER button.

2) On the next page: Click the orange REGISTER button.

3) On third page: Enter your contact information and select your lunch and workshop options, etc.

-Be sure to type in your name and e-mail in BOTH the Eventbrite and Office of Neighborhoods locations. Be sure to check that autofill did not fill in another Eventbright registrant's name and e-mail.

4) When finished, be sure to click the orange REGISTRATION button at the bottom of page.

This FREE conference is open to everyone -- neighborhood leaders, members and participants of neighborhood organizations, and any city residents interested in the quality of life in Knoxville's residential neighborhoods.

Everyone must register -- regular attendees, speakers, people running information booths, elected officials, and conference volunteers. Registrating produces a name tag and guarantees a ticket for a free lunch.

The deadline for online registration is 12 noon on Monday, March 23, 2020. After this deadline, you can still register onsite at the conference, but a lunch ticket and access to certain workshops cannot be guaranteed.

Questions may be directed to Eden Slater at 215-3232 or eslater@knoxvilletn.gov.
