This is an exciting community event that has so much holiday fun! You can visit Santa, drop off with list, do a sleigh ride, Santa Run, dessert with Santa, Pet Expo with Cute Pet Contest & pet adoption agencies​, ornament making station, fun bounce park, carnival games, coloring contest, pet activities, free candy canes, holiday music, balloon artist, holiday shopping, free cotton candy, cookies and more. Hurry, this event will sell out. This event has everything!

We are pleased to partner with 104.9 The River again this year for this magical event!

EVENT ADMISSION - FREE (Pick only 1):

1. DIAMOND Entry - Option #1 : FREE- LIMIT 150: Admits entire family: Early Entry (5PM- 6PM) + VIP Bag*!
2. GOLD Entry - Option #2 : FREE- LIMIT 150: Admits entire family: General Entry (6PM- 8PM) or $2 per person at the event.

2. Bounce Park ( Limit 200 - $5 Pre-register or $7 at event - per child): Unlimited Access to fun Bounce Park Items (6PM - 8PM)!
3. Santa Visit Pass (Limited to 90 Families - FREE): 1 Pass admits the whole family to visit Santa Claus! Drop off your wish list with Santa’s Elf, then visit Santa & take pictures! (Pick either time Slot, 5-6PM. 6-7PM, or 7-8PM). Ho, ho, so much fun!
4. Carnival Games ($6 for 3 game Tickets - $2.50 per tickets at event) Play 4 fun games Rubber Frog Flipper, Basketball Shoot, Mechanical Racing Pigs, or Giant Prize Wheel! Win prizes -- Super fun!
5. Sleigh Ride! (5-7:30PM - limit 40): Have a fun sleigh ride with the entire family! Enjoy a nice outdoor sleigh ride $12 per family (seats 5-6 max)

• Holiday Ornament + Mystery Prize Wheel! FREE (LIMIT 300 5-7PM): Pick from a variety of ornaments to make then spin the Mystery Wheel to win a prize - Super Fun!
• Holiday Coloring Contest - FREE (6:30PM - coloring time 5-6:30PM): Prizes for everyone that enters, multiple winners each round! We will provide coloring sheets or get an advanced start (see link) Entry must be completed by 6:45PM: CLICK HERE
• Candy Cane Game - FREE (LIMIT 300 - 5-7:30PM): Play this fun candy cane game where you will pick various colors (like Candyland) to determine which candy cane you win! Very fun.

Cute Pet Contest- FREE 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM( LIMIT 100) Enter your pet in our Cute Pet Contest, presented by 104.9 The River! Pets must be able to be comfortable in a public setting and around other pets. The Contest will take place on the outdoor stage at the entrance to X Church. We will have fun prizes for everyone who enters, multiple winners each round, and the overall winner of the contest with more prizes!

Santa Run Registration

PRESENTED BY Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians

(.25, 1 or 2 mile options)

Run Starts at 6:30 PM: This super fun run lets you pick your distance! Special Santa Claus medal and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for every distance/gender/age groups (0-17 / 18+)! Santa Claus hat at finish line + Dessert with Santa! (LIMIT 100 total runners - hurry, will fille up fast!)

• OPTION #1 - GOLD FUN RUN (Limit 75)- $17: Race Entry + Santa Hat + Finish Line Medal + Dessert with Santa & Visit + Bounce Park Pass + 1 Carnival Game Ticket!
• OPTION #2 - SILVER FUN RUN (Limit 25) - $14: Race Entry + Finish Line Medal + Santa hat+ Dessert!
• OPTION #3 - RACE DAY- $20- Race Entry + Finish Line Medal!

**First 50 to register for the race receive a free light-up wand!**

How it Works: Race starts at 6:30PM. Run with your Pet starts at 6:40PM. Then head over to see Santa between 7-7:45PM. Every runner will be able to also pick a dessert from either Donna's Delicious Donuts or Cheesecake Connection Bakery after the race**

Event Details (Indoors):

• What: Canal Winchester Winterfest presented by Comparion Insurance Group!
• Where: X Church (6600 Bigerton Bend, Canal Winchester, OH 43110)
• When: Friday, November 18th from 5PM - 8PM (5-6PM VIP Entry / 6-8PM General Admission)
• Fun items: Fun holiday event that includes special visit with Santa Claus, Santa Run, huge bounce park, carnival games, drop off wish list, candy cane game, free ornaments making/prize wheel, balloon artist, sleigh rides, holiday music, coloring contest, free cotton candy and more.
• What to do at the event: Holiday shopping!! Find local resources, classes, products, kids items. plus discover and shop for neat things for your home.
• How it works: Start at the KidsLinked booth (located just inside the main entrance of the X Church – West side of church). From their you can receive whatever item you signed up to do or directions on where to start the fun. Inside the complex will be the ornaments, carnival tickets, bounce park wrist band, prize wheel, balloon artist and more. Santa Claus will be in the building!

• Admission: Free (if you register ahead of time or $2 at the event)!
