Description

2 week sugar challenge by Megan Taslaman

Why should I do the challenge?

Sugar can cause spikes in blood sugar levels, which can have large, negative impacts on our health. Sugar can cause weight gain and obesity, arterial inflammation, tooth decay, and many other health issues.

But the alarming thing is, is that there are so many hidden sugars that we're eating without even knowing it! They lurk inside so many everyday groceries – even in the foods that we wouldn't expect!

Find out more about the damage sugar does to your body, and hidden sugars in our food at this FREE workshop. See if you have what it takes to complete the 2 week sugar challenge.

During this Lotus Centre workshop Megan will prepare you and give you a practical guide and tips to succeed in the 2 week sugar challenge.

What you get when you sign up:

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a FREE comprehensive resource pack which will equip you with the information you need to identify all the unnecessary hidden sugars that lurk inside so many everyday groceries. You will learn all about the different types of sugars and what they do to your body.

We'll also have a closed Facebook group to help support you through the two week challenge.

When is the challenge?

The challenge will start from September 4th 2017, and will go for two weeks to the 17th.
