Description

Can Local Hospitals Invest in Creating Healthy Communities?

With millions of residents across the US at risk of losing access to health care, a new study conducted by the Central Valley Health Policy Institute at Fresno State, in partnership with Fresno Building Healthy Communities, shows people have very clear ideas of what they need to be healthy and what local not-for-profit hospitals can do to help.

Join us for a conversation and panel discussion on how not-for-profit hospitals can use their community benefit dollars to respond to community needs and transform the health of local neighborhoods.

This free community event will be held Tuesday, August 22nd from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Gaston Middle School, 1100 E. Church Avenue, in southwest Fresno.

Translation, child care and dinner will be provided. Register for your spot today.
