Camp Way Back is a chance for adults to relive a simpler time and be a kid again. "No Adulting Allowed"! Your weekend will be filled with activities like: field games, glow games, arts & crafts, swimming, a themed dance party, nightly bonfires, and some classic camp activities. Its a time to leave the adult world behind, reconnect with your inner child, try new things, make new friends and create awesome memories!

The cost includes all activities, all meals, 2 nights accommodations, themed dance party, nightly bonfires, and unlimited memories.

Check In is 4 - 6pm on Friday

Activities may include: swimming, human foosball, slip-n-slide, volleyball, basketball, arts & crafts, outdoor movie...or just sit on the pier! It's your choice to make camp what you want; athletic, competitive, crafty, relaxing or a combination!

A detailed email will arrive a few weeks before camp with information on what to expect, what you should bring, your team affiliation and other useful information.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Because alcohol is allowed at Camp Way Back, there is a minimum age of 21.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is plenty of on-site parking and we are less than 30 minutes from Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport.

Will I be able to leave camp to pickup supplies?

Once you arrive at Camp, we know you will want to immerse yourself in not adulting, hanging with your new friends and making amazing memories, so we ask that you not leave camp after checking in. We also ask everyone to turn their keys in at Check-in for liability reasons.

We understand if you have an emergency that you may have to leave but if you leave for a non emergency we may consider it an early check out.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You are welcome to bring the adult beverage of your choice for Camp Way Back but we request you drink responsibly. If you become unruly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Camp Wilkes is a drug free camp.

Please, no weapons in camp.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Feel free to email any question you may have to CampWayBack@gmail.com, or call our office weekdays 8-5 at 228-388-3736.

Can I update my registration information?

You may update your registration information until registration closes.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A printed ticket is not required, but you will need a picture ID at check-in.

What's the refund policy?

We understand that plans can change and sometimes coming to camp may have to wait. So first, simply ask to transfer your registration! If you are just not able to come to a different camp, the refund amount will depend on how close it is to camp weekend when you make the refund request. Refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Refund Policy

Refund requests made more than 60 days before the start of your registered camp weekend are eligible to receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Refund requests made between 31 - 60 days prior to the start of your registered camp weekend are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the paid registration fee.

Refund requests made within 30 days of your registered camp weekend will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, simply forward your registration confirmation e-mail (the email you received from Eventbrite) to campwayback@gmail.com with your reasoning.
