Event description

Welcome to Camp TimeOut™ Registration for October 19, 2018 - October 21, 2018. You're headed to camp in the Berkshires mountains of western Massachusetts!

For camp details please head to www.camptimeout.com

Camp TimeOut is an all-inclusive, weekend camp retreat - you choose your own adventure. Participate in as little or as much of the organized programming as you like. If you're 21 years or older, you are invited to switch up your routine, stretch out those muscles, play with old and new friends, and enjoy camp's simple pleasures. We'll be waiting for you by the bonfire.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before camp receive a 75% refund less a $25 cancellation free.
  • Cancellations between 60 and 90 days receive a 50% refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations less than 60 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
  • We cannot accept transfer requests between campers less than 21 days before camp.
  • We cannot accept transfer requests between camps.
  • There is a $25 transfer fee between campers.
  • All transfer and cancellation requests should be submitted by email to info@wildchildventures.com

No refunds will be given except as indicated in the cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for Acts of God, bad weather or sickness.

Campers are advised to buy trip insurance. Link to one of many options: https://www.travelguard.com/

If there were a medical issue during the camp weekend for which a camper is registered, campers rely on their personal travel insurance for coverage.

What does it mean to purchase a privacy option?

For an extra fee, campers may purchase the option to fill their cabin as they choose (up to 6 people). If you'd like to stay in a cabin by yourself, stay in a cabin with just your partner, etc. pay a little bit extra, and the privacy option will allow you that choice. Electing a privacy option will place you in a cabin that is MORE RUSTIC than if you didn't select the privacy. Privacy option cabins DO NOT have bathrooms inside - you must walk to a nearby building to use bathrooms (flush toilets, hot showers, etc. available). Only 1 privacy option must be purchased/cabin.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 21 years old to go to camp. IDs required.

Can I park at camp?

Yes - Parking at camp is free. To reduce vehicles on camp property, please carpool if you are able.

Is alcohol included in cost of camp?

Yes, campers will have access to an open bar serving beer and wine from 6pm-10pm on Friday, October 19, 2018 and Saturday, October 20, 2018.

Can I bring my own alcohol to camp?

No. Campers are not allowed to bring alcohol onto the YMCA Camp Hi Rock property.

Can I bring controlled substances to camp?

No. Campers are not allowed to bring controlled substances onto the YMCA Camp Hi Rock property. Please refer to waiver language to understand consequences.

Can I bring in my own food and (non-alcoholic) drinks?

Yes. However, the camp property is "nut-aware," (not completely nut-free but they do their best to be). Please avoid bringing nut products to camp.
