Event description

Description

Each day brings new adventures and museum mischief as campers explore Thomas County's Victorian era history! For the 5th year, rising 3rd through rising 6th graders have the opportunity to travel through time and discover games, handicrafts, and activities from the Victorian Era while exploring the eccentric Lapham-Patterson House.

In addition to our traditional hands-on history-based activities, we will engage campers in new explorations of the community around us. We will embrace the elements of S.T.E.A.H.M: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, History, and Math that can be found and applied in our own backyard and use those skills to build and launch hot air balloons.

June 20-22, 2017, 9am -4pm daily.

Registration includes snack daily and all materials. Campers must provide their own lunch and are asked to wear clothes that can get dirty!
