Get your mind and body ready for the holidays! Join us for an evening of powerful vinyasa and movement practice that incoporates basic martial arts movements into the flow. The practice is grounded on the Primary Series of Budokon® Yoga by Cameron Shayne. In this special class, participants can expect to burn at least 900 calories in a 90 minutes class and more for a longer practice. A typical hatha or vinyasa class burns between 175-550 calories.
All levels welcome and martial arts knowledge or experience not necessary. This class is an exploration of movement and breathing practice. Note: This is a non-hot class but expect to sweat a lot.
