  • The Sciene Behind Mindfulness Practice
  • Step by Step Instructions on Ekayana Kriya
  • Mindfulness Meditation Techniques

Class Schedule:

  • Sitting Meditation
  • Kriya Practice
  • Lecture

Class Requirements:

  • Yoga Mat and a sitting cushion.
  • Socks and comfortable cloting.

Age Group: 18+ years

Day and Time: Saturdays, 9:00 to 10:30 AM

NOTE:

  1. This is a Free class open to the public.
  2. Classes are conducted at the Shirdi Sai Parivaar in Milpitas. Class room is located inside the temple.
