Do you get stuck in worrying thoughts about the past or the future?
Have trouble sleeping or feel tense?
Are you having concentration problems?
Feel overwhelmed by intense emotions?

This 4 weeks mindfulness and psychology classes series might be good for you!

It is designed for people with busy lives and busy minds.

You will learn how to practice mindfulness to help you become calm, be more present and focus on what is important for you!

You’ll find out how to:

- Calm your racing mind
- Stop worrying too much
- Relieve stress, anxiety, lower mood
- Work with difficult emotions
- Sleep and relax better

During this four week introduction series, we’ll discuss, explore and practice mindfulness and psychological techniques to help you stay focused on the present moment and reduce stress on psychological and physical level.

You will receive links to guided meditations to help support your new practice.
Plus we offer cushions and yoga mats. No need to bring anything, just dress comfortable.

I recommend you to take part in a whole course, but it is also possible to come to any of the below sessions:

Sessions plan:
Week 1 18/4 – Simple Mindfulness- the power of now
Week 2 25/4 – Mindful Body- focus on your body and switch to relaxation mode.
Week 3 2/5 – Calm your mind - Mindful Thoughts.
Week 4 9/5 – Mindful Emotions- how to deal with difficult feelings.

Why to choose mindfulness?

Mindfulness, is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, intentionally and with no judgement.
Since most of our stress comes from worrying about the past or the future, focusing on the here and now gives our mind a chance to rest. It also has numerous health benefits (e.g. improved concentration and resilience, boosted immune system, decreased pain and anxiety) – proven many times in scientific and medical research.
Mindfulness practice is like a training to your brain. Your mind can be trained, and it is easier than you think!

Dates:
Four Wednesdays 18/4/2018 - 09/4/2018, 18.30 – 19.45 - 75 minutes

Fees:
15 Euros per class, pay as you go,
10 Euro x 4 sessions = 40 Euros for the whole course (bank transfer or cash at first session).

You can also book a single class here 15 Euro plus Eventbrite fee.

Booking Information:
These classes are suitable for everyone – from complete beginners to more experienced mindfulness practitioners.

Spaces on this miniworkshop series are limited and so you are invited to pre-booked!

You can also turn up and pay-as-you-go.

Hallo, I am Joanna a Certified Mindfulness Meditation & MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher. I am also a psychologist, counsellor, trainer, book author and blogger. I have been practicing mindfulness for 7 years and it helps me a lot in my everyday live, so I want to share this knowledge and help you become more mindful, relaxed and happy.
