You’ll be guided using noise-cancelling headphones, creating an immersive, deeply calming environment where you can take a moment to connect with your body and baby as you embark on this soothing journey together. Let go of stress and anxiety, and embrace the calmness within you.
This 1-hour experience invites you to slow down, tune into your breath, and create space for calm — for both you and your baby.
You’ll be guided through simple, safe breathing practices designed specifically for pregnancy, helping you to:
