From this grounded stillness, we’ll ease into a layered breathwork journey. The breath becomes your guide, gently unwinding the tension held in the chest, softening the loops of the mind, and clearing space inside you. As your breathing deepens, so does your sense of openness — the kind that feels like a slow exhale you didn’t realise you needed.
With your system softened and spacious, we move into journalling. This is where the insights, releases, and quiet truths find their way onto the page. No pressure, no perfect words — just honest expression from a clearer place.
You’ll leave feeling steadier, more open, and a little more in rhythm with yourself — like you’ve stepped back into your own flow, gently and without force.
