Called to be Prophets: A Faith Forward Proclamation

What is God calling you to say and do? Join these 21st century theologians in worship, conversation, and collaboration. Keynote speakers: Brian McLaren, Robyn Henderson-Espinoza, and Steed Davidson.

Brian McLaren is a writer, speaker, activist, and theologian in many fields including interreligious dialogue and ecotheology. His latest book, The Galapagos Islands, comes out this fall and will be on sale at the conference.

Robyn Henderson-Espinoza is a queer activist, Latinix scholar, and public theologian named one of the "10 Faith Leaders to Watch" by the Center for American Progress. Robyn works in the hybrid space of church, academy, and movements.

Steed Davidson is a Hebrew/Old Testament scholar and Dean at McCormick Seminary in Chicago. His areas of study include prophetic literature, postcolonial studies, and black theology. Davidson was previously a professor at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, where he annotated portions of the Lutheran Study Bible.
