Hello Everyone!

We are doing a call for sponsors for the "Azure DataFest: Microsoft Azure Advance Analytics and Big Data Conference", a 2-day event to be held on Thursday and Friday, October 12-13, 2017, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM at the Microsoft Training Center at 12012 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 300 Reston, Virginia 20190.

We are asking for $1000.00 for the following:

-Table/Booth area for the duration of the event
-Logos on the NOVA SQL and MCUG-DC websites
-Specific mention of sponsor support on each session
-Specific call-out during general/full session
-RSVP/Attendee list

You can arrive on the evening of the October 11 to set up if you need to. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to Brian Moran (brian@dbbest.com ) or Tim McAliley (timothy.mcaliley@microsoft.com ).

Here is the notice going out to the public//

We are pleased to announce that registration is open for the "Azure DataFest: Microsoft Azure Advance Analytics and Big Data Conference", a 2-day event to be held on Thursday and Friday, October 12-13, 2017, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM at the Microsoft Training Center at 12012 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 300 Reston, Virginia 20190.

Please note - this will be a paid conference, and we are charging a nominal registration fee of $50.00 up to the October 6 registration deadline. Hurry though, we only have 150 seats available for this great two day event, packed with nearly 30 advanced analytics and big data sessions. This will be a great event, and one you will not want to miss out on.

We will have a keynote and technical session from Dandy Weyn, Microsoft Worldwide Technology Lead - Data & Artificial Intelligence.

On Day 2, we plan to go right into the sessions, and wrap up at 4:30 with a keynote, closing and raffle.
