California faces a range of complex water issues that are magnified by climate change. What can be done to be more water resilient?

About this Event

Join Felicia Marcus, former Chair of the California State Water Resources Control Board, to discuss how we can improve water resiliency in the years to come. The talk will describe California's challenging water context, how it’s being addressed, and what else is needed in the face of climate change.

About the Speaker

Felicia Marcus

Former Chair, California State Water Resources Control Board

Felicia served as chair of the California State Water Resources Control Board from 2013 to 2019. Previously she was President of the City of Los Angeles Public Works Department and Regional Administrator of U.S. EPA Region IX. Outside of government, she was a senior manager at the Trust for Public Land and the Natural Resources Defense Council, a founder of Heal the Bay, and is on myriad non-profit boards.
