Description

California’s Fading Dream: Can the American Dream be Restored for the Next Generation of Homeowners?

The millennial generation faces unprecedented economic challenges and, according to several predictions, diminished prospects with respect to housing. Over the next decade, as the majority of millennials reach their late 30s and early 40s, the long-term implications for employers and communities are profound.

Presented by Joel Kotkin, RC Hobbs Presidential Fellow in Urban Futures, Chapman University, followed by a dialogue with C.A.R. CEO Joel Singer, and audience Q&A.

This event is free and is open to members of C.A.R.
