This Manager Level Food Safety Workshop prepares participants to take the California Food Protection Manager Certification Exam as required by State and County Health authorities. The Workshop includes the instructional class and an examination. Exam results are provided within 2-3 business weeks.
The Manager Food Safety workshop runs from 9:00 am 4:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
Pre-study is highly advised. Printed preparation materials will be mailed if registration is completed 7 days prior to class. After that time, please call to arrange for expedited shipping. In addtion, a full ServSafe manual is available at an an additional cost of $60.

Eric is a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and certified instructor in: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Guest Service and Train the Trainer courses; TiPS responsible beverage service training; ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Food Safety Manager training; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR/AED). He holds a Masters Degree in Education and Organizational Development from Brunel University in London and completed non-degree study in Organizational Development, Education and Development at Columbia University in New York City as well as Educational Finance at UC Berkeley.
