What exactly is the Threshold Method?

The Threshold Method is a structured system developed by Konrad Misiewicz and outlined in his book Behind the Blink. It uses intentional micro-awakenings, body separation techniques, and subtle awareness training to reliably trigger lucid dreams and navigate altered states of consciousness.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Bring a notebook or journal (if you don’t already have one), a water bottle, and an open mind. Comfortable clothing is recommended, as there may be light movement or breathwork.

Is this a lecture or an interactive experience?
