SHAKESPEARE’S HENRY IV PART ONE

First Bay Area public reading of Culture Clash’s Herbert Siguenza’s award-winning play will feature ARC members Wilma Bonet, Catherine Castellanos, Jomar Tagatac, Dena Martinez, Herbert Siguenza, Rinabeth Apostle, Rotimi Agbabiaka, Micheal Torres, Brian Rivera, Mozart Pierson, and Hugo Carbajal

California Shakespeare Theater and Remote Studios have entered a partnership to produce a digital reading of EL HENRY, an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Henry IV Part One by renowned playwright Herbert Siguenza (co-founder of Culture Clash). In collaboration with the Actors Reading Collective (ARC), there will be two live readings of EL HENRY, on consecutive Saturdays, July 24th and 31st, at 2 PM.

Organizer of Cal Shakes and Remote Present: EL HENRY

A reading of DINNER WITH FRIENDS by Pulitzer-Prize-winning playwright, Donald Margulies. A dark comedy about couples, disillusionment, and human resilience, Remote is presenting the play with alternative casting (the characters are older than originally conceived). Featuring Peter Callender and Remote ensemble members Catherine Castellanos, James Carpenter, and Tanya Shaffer, directed by Giovanni Rodriguez. Admission is free, but we will follow up soon with information on how you can make a tax-deductible donation. All RAW readings benefit our performing artists.
