Description

Program includes: Activities for Amaze Journey, including Take Action Project, lunch, snack, and Amaze award set. Girls will earn all three sections of the Amaze Journey, including the Take Action Project.

Cadettes—Developing healthy relationships, navigating cliques, and moving beyond stereotypes are major themes in aMAZE! The Twists and Turns of Getting Along. Cadettes team up on projects with younger girls, senior citizens, or classmates to share their new friendship-building skills.

Adults are not required to stay. Photo release waiver & parent permission slip is required for all participants and will be emailed to participants after registration. No tagalongs can be accommodated.

Participants should bring a water bottle and a non-perishable food to donate to the church's food pantry.

Are adults required to stay?

No - adults are not required to stay as we will be able to maintain the safety ratios with the older scouts. Adults that do stay may assist with some of our activities, or can hang out and network, or can bring stuff to work on. However, there will be a permission form that will be required so that we have emergency contact info.


Does the event last until 5:30 pm?

We work hard to stay on track during our event and sometimes get done a little bit earlier, however, we strive to ensure we are always done by 5:30 pm. An agenda and timeline will be emailed to registrants about 1-2 weeks prior to the event.


Is lunch included?

Yes - we typically have a taco bar. Please email us at gstroop88001@gmail.com to let us know if there are food allergies that we need to be aware of.


What forms are required?

Each Girl Scout Cadette will need to bring a photo release waiver and the permission slip. These will be emailed to registrants about 2 weeks prior to the event.


What's the refund policy?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before your event start date. After that, we are purchasing supplies and are unable to provide a refund.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No - we will have a list of registrants at our check-in table.

Can I update my registration information?

You should be able to edit your registration info in eventbrite.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes - when you check-in, you will need to let us know what name the registration is under. If you know ahead of time of any changes, please email us at gstroop88001@gmail.com
