We will start with a cup of sacred cacao, a plant medicine known to open the heart energy center, then go into meditation and breathwork to open up all our energy centers, in preparation to receive our partners more fully.

The last part of the workshop is where we connect all the pieces, in a powerful exercise connecting King and Queen, God and Goddess.

No prior experience required, just a willingness to open further, in this journey of love.
