Cacao Ceremony & Abstract Art Workshop

You’re warmly invited to a unique gathering that blends the heart-opening power of Cacao, guided meditation, and creative exploration through art.

This workshop is designed to help you:-

* Drop into the heart through a sacred Cacao Ceremony

* Be gently guided through meditation to unlock inner emotion and clarity

* Learn new artistic techniques to express what words cannot

* Use various art mediums to let your feelings unfold freely onto paper

* Connect with your intuition and gain confidence in your creative voice

* Be present in the moment with your creative side

* Helps reduce stress and can contribute to healing

Just bring:-

* An open heart

* A cushion and a blanket

* Yoga Mat

* Comfortable warm clothing you can relax and create in

* Chairs available if you find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor on the cushion for the Cacao Ceremony

* We will be creating our art pieces at tables

All materials provided, including a prompt journal and a pen

Workshop spaces are limited to keep the workshop intimate and supportive. Booking and paying in advance secures your place. Refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before the workshop

Location:-

The Community Art School is situated on the first floor of Fletcher’s Mill. Dean Clough, Old Lane, Halifax, HX3 5AX. Free parking at weekends. Due to roadworks, make your way over North Bridge towards the town centre, Halifax, turn left onto Bowling Dyke, turn left into Old Lane, then turn left via Gate 5. Finally turn left into the car park in front of Fletcher’s Mill.
