Business consultancy for arts & social enterprises, Cultural Agency Collective, has curated a training programme providing essential skills for founders.  This programme is hosted by Camden Collective. 

Made up of a series of 2-hour interactive workshops, the programme will feature expert industry speakers with content tailored to the challenges faced by creative & social entrepreneurs today. Participants will leave with insights and practical guidance they can apply to their ventures immediately.  

Course dates will run from weekly from 19th September to 25th October. To apply for the programme, reserve your tickets for the sessions you would like to attend and complete the application form. Successful applicants will be notified by 9th September. A limited number of FREE early bird tickets are available.  

Session 1: Optimising Your Productivity - Solopreneur special | 19th Sept

  • Applying a ‘block & tackle’ technique your to-do list

  • Identify which pillars of business to focus on in start-up phase. 

Session 2: Personal Branding  | 27th Sept

  • Perfecting your pitch & storytelling

  • Developing your "Business Alter Ego"

  • Making the best first impression with visual branding 

 Session 3: Growing an Engaged Community | 4th Oct

  • How to build a community from scratch

  • Overcoming challenges of stagnant communities

  • Best practice for Facebook Groups, in-person events & membership sites 

 Session 4: Accessing Funding | 11th Oct

  • Best practice for submitting successful funding applications. 

  • Review of different grant funding opportunities for creative arts ventures & social enterprises. 

  • Get insights for different grant holders on what makes a winning application.  

Session 5: Growth Hacking Mindset  | 18th Oct

  • More qualified traffic to your website

  • More sales conversions

  • Build your community

Session 6: Finance 101 (Cash Flow) | 25th Oct

  • Financial management basics for startups

  • Tools and tips to make your book-keeping more efficient

  • Hacks to maintain healthy cash flow & help you get paid on time.

What time will the sessions be? 

Sessions will run each week on the specified dates from 6th September to 11th October. Timing will be determined by majority preference of attendees. Let us know what time you would prefer in the application questionnaire. 

What is Cultural Agency Collective? 

Cultural Agency Collective is a business consultancy for arts and social enterprise organisations. As well as hands-on business consultancy we deliver training and mentorship programmes and workshops to individuals. We curate learning workshops for diverse audiences from young people to arts charities and entrepreneurship hubs. Past clients have included Ideastap, University of East London and Impact Hub.
