This month we at Cabaret Sauvignon are doing our bit for the greater good! Not content with being the top character and sketch comedy night on the circuit, we have decided to combine pleasure with principle; delightful nonsense with fearless humanitarianism; bags of lols with cold, hard action. In association with the fantastic Help4Refugee Children we bring you a special bumper fundraising edition featuring all your favourite acts plus some brilliant new ones:
The last year has seen Phil Wang appear on Live at the Apollo (BBC2), Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Would I Lie to You? (BBC1), Jack Dee’s Inauguration Helpdesk (BBC2), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (C4) and Drunk History (Comedy Central), as well as write and star in his own sketch series for Radio 4 with his Foster’s Newcomer Award nominated sketch trio, Daphne.
Jenny Bede is an award winning musical comedian and actor who was the Observer & Guardian's Rising Star of Comedy 2015. She started stand up in April 2013, winning Best Newcomer at the Musical Comedy Awards after just three gigs.
In 2014, she wrote and starred in her own musical sketch pilot Jenny Bede: AAA for BBC Comedy.
Jenny has also appeared in Episodes (BBC2), Josh (BBC3), Crackanory(Dave), Murder in Successville (BBC3), Watson & Oliver (BBC2), Misfits (E4), Broadchurch (ITV), and she is a series regular in CBBC show Eve which starts filming it's 3rd series this Summer.
Mike Hayley is a comedian, impressionist, actor and writer. He starred alongside Shane Richie in the BBC's sketch shows, Something for the Weekend and Up to Something. He and Alan Francis wrote the play Jeffrey Dahmer is Unwell, taking it to the Edinburgh Festival in 1995. He also co-presented the Emotional Collection at the Gilded Balloon with Rhona Cameron at the Edinburgh Festival before this.
Fresh from Edinburgh, the Leicester Comedy festival and a run at the Soho Theatre, Marny brings her brilliant creation One Tooth back to Cab Sauv by wildly popular demand. One of the most original comedians on the circuit.

Quadruple award winning act; Jess has appeared on both stage and screen. In 2015 Jess showcased her impressions (including presenter Alex Jones) live on The One Show.
The voice of CBBC’s hit show – Horrible Histories, Jess voices multiple characters on an array of UK and US animations including; Dreamworks’ Noddy, Kate and Mim Mim, Bat Pat and Lucky Fred. You’ll hear her voice on various adverts for The Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, BBC4 and CBeebies among others. Jess has also voiced numerous video games such as Anno 1404, Risen, Book Of Unwritten Tales and Randy
A tireless and tiresome self promoter and egomaniac, and Gordon Ramsay in BBC3's cult hit Murder in Successville.
