Pre-registration for this event is currently closed. We will have a limited number of tickets available for credit card purchase at the event on Sunday, June 12th. At the door pricing will be $25 Kids and $35 Adults.

Join the Columbia Alumni Association (CAA) for its first ever STEM Day (#CAASTEMDay) on Columbia University's Morningside campus. This is a unique opportunity to bring your families, (elementary through high school students), to enjoy hands-on science experiments, workshops with top-rated Columbia faculty and students, and special guest speakers, including Janna Levin, professor of physics and astronomy at Barnard College and author of Black Hole Blues and Other Songs from Outer Space. There will also be a networking lunch, crafts, games, and raffles.
STEM Day will also feature clips from Antarctic Edge: 70 Degrees South, an unprecedented documentary following a team of world-class scientists, including Hugh Ducklow, Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Columbia University, as they explore the fastest warming place on earth: the West Antarctic Peninsula. Afterwards, don't miss an exclusive opportunity to meet and hear directly from some of the featured scientists in the film.
