This webinar is an introduction to transition for families of neurodiverse adults and teens. In this webinar we will cover joys and fears of families with transition-age adults on the spectrum, family system theories and their relevance to transition, and strategies/mindset to prepare for independence. CA Adult Programs will conclude with a description of services and a Q+A portion.
