ATTENTION: You are required to complete all modules of the CITY MULTI Installation Essentials – eLearning course prior to getting your certification for this class.
This course provides hands-on experience building systems using Diamond System BuilderTM design software. Participants learn Mitsubishi Electric’s warranty process and the steps to register products once they have been installed. The concepts of integration and centralized control are discussed as well as the proper steps for system start-up. Proper service and diagnosis procedures are also covered.
Attire and Classroom Requirements: Please do not wear shorts or open-toed shoes for safety reasons. Bring a laptop computer or Internet accessible device. This course requires a laptop (Windows-based 7, 8, or 10 laptop, iPads are not compatible) and installation of the following software. Access the software at the below web address:
