C-Level Workshop Series
Tue, August 15, 2017, 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM EDT
What kind of C.E.O. are you?
Connecting, Engaging & Optimizing through Latino Integration.
The unquestionable growth of the Latino population segment across the U.S. has impacted, and will increasingly impact, our business sector in three pivotal areas:
- Employees: The infusion of D&I practices that improve hiring processes, retention, cultural competence, internal relations and workforce development
- Consumers: Crafting an approach to market that will effectively connect, engage, and optimize your company’s sales efforts geared towards the Latino consumer segment
- Procurement: The establishment of a Supplier Diversity program that connects, educates, vets, and secures qualified, certified and diverse vendors
We invite you to invest in a 4-session Workshop Series entitled "Harnessing Latino Impact on Your Business" designed for C-Level Executives who are committed to intentionally understanding Latinos, and implementing a strategy that will harness their socioeconomic power and influence on the businesses they are responsible for.
Brought to you by URBANDER and HigherDreams, women and minority-owned firms led by Samí Haiman-Marrero and Zanibel Melo, seasoned Latina professionals who are D&I and Integrated Marketing Specialists, and that have skillfully prepared this much-needed workshop series to share key insights regarding the Latino landscape with C-Level Executives seeking solid guidance.
In 2017, we will host one (1) workshop-brunch per quarter as follows (we recommend to invest in all 4):
February 28th, 2017 • 9:30AM – 11:30AM
