Buxton Hill Walks

Come join us for a scenic stroll through the beautiful hills of Buxton, starting and ending at Grin Low car park (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tmwmtdTHt6LVX5JC7). Enjoy the fresh air, stunning views, and good company as we explore the local hills and trails together

This walk takes us past The Terret and out Axe Edge Moor, where we can see the remnants of the coal mining that once happened there. We cross open moorland to reach the trig point at 551m. From here we descend and cross the A53 and under Leap Edge, returning via the HSE grounds and Stanley Moor Reservoir.
