Description

Joanne calls our butter breton cakes "the most extraordinary pastry of all time" for a good reason! Layers of buttery dough and caramelized sugar make this decadent treat a show stopper and we want to show you how to make it! Join us for an interactive class where you will learn the techniques of laminating and baking butter breton cakes. You will laminate your own dough, leave with your own bretons to bake at home, and sample some of our treats in house. Sharing not required!

The entrance to our classroom is right on Travis St beside Flint cleaners and across the street from Swissbakers. Unfortunately we do not have public parking, but there is ample street parking all around the neighborhood. Please email classes@flourbakery.com with any questions!
