Heather Thomason and Cecilie May of Primal Supply Meats will share butchery skills for the home cook. In this class you'll learn how to butterfly, french and tie everyday cuts of meats into specialty roasts worthy of your holiday table. We'll practice roast tying and cook and sample a pork roulade.
