Bringing together three of Memphis' most inventive chefs, this dinner promises to be a special one.

About this Event

Together with Chef Dave Krog of Dory, Chef Nick Scott of Alchemy and Chris Thorn and Mitchell Marable of PO Press, City Block Salumeria is thrilled to present our next Butcher Dinner.

Tickets are $100 with optional beverage pairings at $30. Tickets are limited due to space.

1st Course

Kampachi crudo, apple, turnips, preserved lemon, warm ponzu brown butter vinaigrette, bonito cured egg yolk

2nd Course

Striped bass, parsnip purée, smoked Serrano fumét

3rd Course

Funyun encrusted quail, andouille, eggplant coulis, bourbon agrodolce

4th Course

Hanger steak roulade, onion shoots, grilled Bluff City fungi, pan jus, truffle fingerling crisps
