About this Event

Join us for this 3-part follow-up series to prepare childcare providers to meet the ever-changing needs of their community as we approach the Fall, with the potential for an increase in COVID cases.

Saturdays, August 8th, 22nd and 29th @ 12 pm-1:30 pm

In this series you'll learn:

  • How using technology to become more organized can help you avoid potentially disastrous public health, legal, and insurance issues.
  • How to de-risk your operations based on the most recent public health research.
  • How to quickly assess "the voice of the customer," to anticipate changes in demand and what that demand looks like, so you can effectively and nimbly operate your business as we approach more uncertainty relative to the likely implementation of hybrid K-12 schooling models.
