Joel Harris, with the Law Office of Joel A. Harris, opened his own practice in 1993. James Shafer, with Farallon Law, has represented private and public companies, as well as individuals, in many different types of corporate transactions, including entity formations, securities offerings (private and public), mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, SEC public company reporting, and a wide variety of business contracts.
