In partnership with Merritt College, City of Oakland Economic and Workforce Development Department, Oakland Private Industry Council, University of Phoenix, and Alameda County Workforce Investment Board we have planned an agenda that responds to your training and business development needs. Following the roundtable, you may explore business incentives for training and hiring opportunities. 

We are optimistic that this event will evolve into a long-term active partnership for our students, faculty, and community.

    • Introduction by Dr. Gravenberg, Vice-President of Student Services

  • 8:00-8:50am - Industry Breakout Sessions
  • 8:50-9:00am - Refreshment Break
  • 9:00-9:10am - Reconvening and Next Steps by Dr. Gravenberg
