We know things are volatile right now, there is no crystal ball to tell us what the future will hold. We can make some good educated guesses on what your business could do in a worst -case scenario. You will have a playbook ready to go and will avoid the time waste of trying to figure out how to pivot.

1. One-day business planning retreat, all training materials, and a boxed lunch.

2. Two weeks after the retreat you get 1-1 attention and accountability in a follow-up session with an XM Consultant.
