An in-depth, hands-on Business Planning Series for Real Estate Agents designed to accelerate business into 2017. Five (5) weekly sessions, hosted from 1:30pm to 3:00pm on Thursdays in December include:
Thursday December 1st - Session 1: Business Planning and Budgeting
Thursday December 8th - Session 2: Your Database IS Your Business
Thursday December 15th - Session 3: Dialing for Dollars
Thursday December 22nd - Session 4: Marketing Planning
Thursday December 29th - Session 5: Time-Blocking Your Priorities
Registration includes all five sessions. Participants are given weekly "assignments" to complete prior to the next session; to maximize the groups' time together. All exercises and activities are focused on the agent's individual business.
