As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Rigo is here to help everyday entrepreneurs reach their financial goals. He helps everyday business owners, managers, supervisors or previous insurance staff, become Agency Business Owners with Farmers Insurance. Rigo has 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry and have served in the shoes where your staff will be. He is fully bilingual on Spanish and English; the latter being his second language. He personally know the ins and outs on how insurance agencies are ran. His past roles within an agency included: Customer Service Representative, Agency Producer, Insurance Agent and Personal Lines Manager.
With his experience, Rigo will be able to answer any questions that you might have in regards to starting your own business with Farmers Insurance. Whether this is your fist time becoming a business owner, or whether you are a seasoned business veteran, here at Farmers Insurance & Financial Services, we have a spot just for you.
Rigo has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills throughout his career. In his senior year in high school, Rigo was entrusted to lead 160+ cadets in the Army J.R.O.T.C. program as the Battalion Commander. He was the highest ranking Hispanic officer that the program had ever witnessed. With many awards and achievements collected throughout his high school years, he even had the privilege to be commended by Congressman Adam Putnam upon graduation for his commitment to self-discipline, dedication and determination.
He turned down a full-ride-scholarship at West Point Academy in order to continue his pursuit in the insurance Industry, which he says has been the best decision of his life. However, he does hold an Associate in Arts and a degree in Business Administration, has Property & Casualty license for his home state of Florida, and often continues to further his education by taking continued education courses throughout the years.
